A rare opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and supportive Estimating Team. This role is a key position in the business. It requires someone with passion, reliability and well-rounded technical skills to produce efficient and accurate work on a daily basis.

We're looking for someone who will:

  • Work closely with sales consultants, the administration team, and the construction team to ensure every project is accurately priced and completed to our high standards and timelines.
  • Provide pricing on jobs through all building stages including sales, administration, contracts and under construction.
  • Prepare detailed documentation to assist at point of sale and through administration.
  • Work across single and double storey, units, rural and infill.
  • Provide pricing for standard house models.
  • Price earthworks and site-related costs.
  • Record margin analysis and recording.
  • Work with the Scheduling Team to provide cost reconciliation.

About you:

  • HIA (or similar) Certificate in Estimating or a Diploma in Estimating/Building preferred (not essential).
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Estimating for residential/project home construction.
  • Pragmatic with good communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, energetic, diligent and numerate with sound CPU skills.
  • Familiarity with different construction types (double brick, timber framing, brick veneer).
  • Adaptable and responsive to change.
