THE OPPORTUNITY

A well-established and highly regarded private practice in Paddington is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join the team and take over from a long-standing Associate who recently relocated after five years.

You'll step into a strong foundation of existing patients, with the opportunity to continue building your books in a practice known for its affluent, white-collar clientele and exceptionally high treatment acceptance.

This is an opportunity for you to do 2 x weekdays and every Saturday (or alternate Saturdays), which are among the busiest days of the week and offer the highest demand - making them ideal for Associates wanting to do see more patients, do more dentistry and be the go-to dentist.

This is a general dentistry role, ideal for someone confident in diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment acceptance, and who wants to grow into high-value treatment while working alongside a highly experienced Principal.

This modern, 3-chair clinic has built a reputation over the last decade for delivering high-quality dentistry with integrity, precision, and a strong emphasis on patient relationships. Patients are educated professionals who value care, consistency, and clear communication.

The clinic offers:

  • CBCT, soft tissue laser, intraoral scanner, A-dec chairs
  • Full digital workflow
  • Implants, crowns and bridges, veneers/cosmetic dentistry, clear aligners, wisdom tooth extractions, and general dentistry
  • A strong, collaborative team culture driven by ethics and patient outcomes

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3+ years' of Australian experience in private practice
  • Skilled in general dentistry with the ability to diagnose, plan and convert high-value treatments
  • Available to practice 2 x weekdays and every Saturday or alternate Saturdays
  • Warm communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
  • Ethical, conscientious, and aligned with patient-first care
  • AHPRA registered with unrestricted working rights
  • Interested in professional growth over time
