Base Pay: $16 to $29 per hour (depending on age and experience)

Burger Lane is a new and exciting fast-food concept opening soon in Bankstown Centro We're passionate about serving high-quality burgers, fresh ingredients, and great customer experiences. We're building a fun, energetic team of people who love food, teamwork, and friendly service.

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service & Food Crew Members to join our team as we launch Burger Lane. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Whether you're on the grill, assembling burgers, or helping customers at the counter, you'll play a key role in creating an awesome Burger Lane experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet customers with a positive attitude and a smile.
  • Take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru.
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions.
  • Suggest menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure every guest leaves happy.

Food Preparation

  • Prepare and cook burgers, fries, and other menu items to standard.
  • Assemble orders quickly and accurately.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen area.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies during shifts.

General Duties

  • Keep front-of-house and dining areas clean and tidy.
  • Wash dishes, wipe down surfaces, and manage rubbish disposal.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and shift duties as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient, friendly service.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00 – $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
