About The Role
We're looking for a passionate
Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
to join our team in
Forbes
. You'll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance
• Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture
• Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals
• Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job

What We're Looking For

• Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
• Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed).
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
• Valid driver's licence - minimum P2.
• Confident towing a trailer.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check.
