About the role

Oxford Shop' is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Werribee, VIC store. This full-time role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall success of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales and profitability.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and meeting sales targets
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store experience
  3. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail associates
  4. Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  6. Collaborate with regional and head office teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail store management role
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in data analysis and inventory management
  5. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  6. Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
