As a rapidly growing company, Eurocold continues to expand, driven by a team of seasoned professionals with decades of experience in refrigerated transport. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Advisor to support our teams and help shape our people culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you'll be a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing practical HR guidance across all areas of the business. This role has a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance, compliance, and engagement - helping our people and teams thrive in line with our company values.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support across our national team
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters
• Coordinate training, development, and engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally across diverse or multi-site teams
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Work and HR compliance
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills - from the workshop floor to the leadership team
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred)
