About the role

Iliya Hair Salon, A New salon opening in roselands seeking a full-time Hairdresser to join our talented team. As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our diverse clientele, contributing to the salon's reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a range of hair cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services to clients
2. Consulting with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences, and recommending appropriate services
3. Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon
4. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
5. Contributing to the overall positive atmosphere and exceptional customer experience within the salon

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualification in hairdressing, such as a Certificate III in Hairdressing
2. Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling and treating hair
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
5. A positive, friendly and team-oriented attitude
