Our client is a respected surveying business offering a range of solutions across various engineering, cadastral, civil, and other disciplines. They have offices across the East Coast and take pride in the quality of their work and the relationships they build.

We are seeking a survey technician or surveyor with a minimum of 3 years' experience who may be looking for their next step to join this growing business and contribute to its extensive workload.

About the Survey Technician Role

• Maintain an efficient and safe work environment
• Ensure survey equipment is calibrated and well-maintained
• Conduct Cadastral and Re-establishment Surveys
• Prepare survey plans, subdivisions, and lease area surveys
• Perform control surveys and asset recording
• Execute feature and level surveys
• Carry out engineering surveys, including building set-out, monitoring
• Draft and review cadastral survey documents and plans
• Prepare and submit documentation to the Land Registry
• Stay updated on survey and planning-related legislation, strategies, and policies

Survey Technician Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working in surveying
• Tertiary education or a degree in surveying or a related field
• Confident and articulate verbal and written skills
• Highly proficient in fieldwork and keen to develop office design skills - 12d / AutoCAD

Construction Surveyor - Brisbane / Gold Coast

• Up to $145k / Vehicle / OT
• Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience
• Has worked on high-rise buildings
