We're looking for a bartender with a passion for hospitality to help us craft exceptional cocktails and deliver memorable experiences to every guest. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and service are always the focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
• Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock readiness.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and reporting low stock or supply needs
• Stay current with bar trends, seasonal offerings, and signature cocktails.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques.
• Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
• Current Victorian RSA Certificate
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
