About the Role

As a Senior Data Consultant at Bi3, you'll play a key role in helping establish a new data consulting practice from the ground up. You'll architect modern data solutions for our clients, mentor other consultants, be part of a strong close-knit team, and shape delivery standards and team culture. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a foundational leadership group with real influence.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the implementation of data projects
  • Design low-level solutions and frameworks with the help from Managing consultants and implement the architecture, transformation frameworks, and best practices
  • Engage directly with clients to shape and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with Managing Consultants to get the support and guidance on regular basis and whenever needed
  • Mentor junior consultants and support their development
  • Influence tool selection, internal capability, and delivery models
  • Help build Bi3's data consulting brand and internal community
What We Look For
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • 6+ years of experience in data consulting or data engineering
  • Strong foundational understanding of Data and how data development works in enterprises
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow)
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks etc.)
  • Desire to build something new with autonomy and impact
