Casual Picker and Packer

KWT Imports is a long-established distributor of bicycle products based in Yandina. We're looking for a reliable and energetic Casual Picker & Packer to join our warehouse operations team.

This role is perfect for a fit, semi-retired person who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a small friendly team, and having flexibility in their week.

• Pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanners
• Assist with unloading trucks and containers as needed
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets

• Fit, healthy, and able to lift boxes up to 25kg
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Enjoys practical, physical work (an interest in bikes a bonus)
• Able to travel to Yandina for 6–8 hour shifts

• 1–3 days per week for most of the year
• Up to 38 hours per week during our busy season (mid-November to mid-January)
• Hours generally between 8am and 4pm
• Flexibility available for start/finish times (e.g. school pickups, appointments)
