This exciting apprenticeship opportunity will equip you with practical skills in turf management, landscape maintenance, and the safe use of professional landscaping machinery, all while working in nature and contributing to vibrant, sustainable green spaces.

About the role:

  • Assist in the maintenance and care of parks, gardens, and green areas
  • Gain hands-on experience in horticultural practices, including planting, pruning, and weeding
  • Learn how to operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools
  • Acquire a deep knowledge of plant species and their specific requirements
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

About you:

  • Enthusiasm for the industry
  • A genuine interest in plants, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and grow
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Drivers licence desirable or working towards obtaining drivers licence considered
