About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing supplier performance to contract terms and ensuring supplier relationships deliver outcomes that are commercially sound, supporting affordability and sustainability and are aligned with community expectations.

Duties

It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a
Contracts Manager
you will:

  • Responsible for the "Manage" phase of the procurement lifecycle (Plan, Source, Manage).
  • Working with Procurement Operations, using data to track performance, identify issues and best practice and, provide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to inform decision making.
  • Provides insights and reporting to Business Owners and Strategic Partner Management Committee.
  • Work closely across Procurement, Business Teams, Legal and Finance to support contract planning, negotiation and management. Contribute to policy, process improvements and ways of working uplift to uplift contract management outcomes, supplier relationships and outcomes for icare.
