  • Leading a friendly team and creating good vibes daily
  • Helping customers find life-changing sleep gear (think: high-tech CPAP machines, comfy masks & more)
  • Keeping things smooth: stock, sales, smiles – all on point
  • Hitting goals and celebrating wins ( yes, there are bonuses)
