Bistro Attendant

Laurieton United Services Club is a thriving, community-focused venue proudly operating both Laurieton Services Club and Kew Country Club. We offer a wide range of dining, entertainment, and social experiences, playing a key role in bringing people together across the Camden Haven region.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Bistro Attendant to join our team at Laurieton United Services Club on a part-time basis.

About the Role:

As a Bistro Attendant, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to our members and guests while maintaining a high standard of presentation and professionalism. You'll assist with meal delivery, till service, and general bistro operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

This is a hands-on role within a supportive team environment, offering opportunities for growth and development within the Club.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver meals and beverages to tables promptly and professionally

-Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests

-Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bistro and dining areas

-Assist with clearing tables, restocking, and general service duties

-Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately

-Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met

What We're Looking For:

-Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

-A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills

-Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

-A positive attitude and genuine passion for great service
