Header Operators

We are currently seeking experienced harvest operators to join a large-scale farming business located in the Esperance region of Western Australia. This progressive broadacre operation runs modern machinery across an extensive cropping program and is looking for capable, hands-on team members for the upcoming harvest.

1. Header Operator (John Deere X9)

Applicants should have proven experience operating and maintaining modern John Deere X9 or late-model S-Series combines fitted with StarFire RTK guidance systems. Strong mechanical skills, sound harvest knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently within a busy crew are essential.

2. Chaser Bin & Ground Crew Operator

This position will involve operating tractors, chaser bins, and general harvest support equipment, assisting with grain handling, logistics, and machinery movement. The ideal applicant will have a flexible, team-focused attitude and be willing to take on a range of tasks as required across a dynamic harvest site.

Both roles offer excellent hourly rates, comfortable on-farm accommodation, and meals provided. Work will run through November and December.
