We're opening a brand new Bendon store at Eastern Creek Quarter this March and we're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager to help build, lead, and inspire from day one
About the Role:
35 Hours per week - Sunday to Tuesday: 9:45am - 5:15pm | Wednesday: 9:45am- 4:15pm | Thursday: 10:45am - 7:15pm.
Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by:
- Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
- Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
- Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
- Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
- Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
