About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advanced On-Site Technician to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch desktop support and troubleshooting at our customer site. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently. As the face of Fujitsu on the customer site, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Desktop Support and Troubleshooting:
• Experience with Microsoft Admin Center
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Perform routine maintenance and updates
• Assist with the installation and configuration of desktop systems
• Customer Service and Communication:
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Document and report issues and resolutions clearly
• Problem-Solving:
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues
• Independently figure out solutions and workarounds for unexpected challenges

Requirements and Experience
