WHAT WE NEED

We are seeking a dedicated and committed pharmacy technicians to join our dispense team . We invite applications only from those interested in establishing a long-term working relationship with our exceptional team. Please note, this is a full time position 38 hours per week with permanent position offered to the right candidate.

WHAT WE NEED

We are seeking an focused and organised individual to assist our team in dispensing medications. Be part of an industry leading team with one of the most highly regarded medicinal cannabis experts in the country.

Day to Day Responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to confirm orders
  • Managing and Inputting Patient details into software
  • Administration and other general clerical duties
  • Completing orders
  • Receiving Medication orders
  • Stocktake Assistance (fast paced)
  • Data Entry
  • Wrapping and packing orders entering shipping information

To be considered for the position you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good Organisation and Management of Time
  • Ability for follow Protocols and Procedures
  • Minimum Typing Speed of 40 WPM
  • Microsoft Office / CRM Experience
  • Experience with FRED or other pharmacy software highly regarded
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Casual Wages start at 32.50+, Full Time position for the right candiate and above award for wages for employees meeting KPI's. Medical Award MA000027

Dispensary or Pharmacy Experience- essential for this role. Experience in Medical Reception, Hospitality/Customer Service preferred but not essential.
