Role Description

Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in St Albans, Victoria. In this position, you will ensure operational excellence and drive a Guest-Led culture in the assigned location. You will oversee and manage team members to ensure they are meeting operational and guest service standards while achieving sales targets. You will work closely with store support centre to align on marketing, brand, and operations strategies to grow the business in the region.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality/QSR industry.
  • Experience in forecasting, and P&L management.
  • A customer-focused and sales-driven individual with exceptional skills in managing, inspiring, and motivating teams to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Food Safety and hygiene certifications will be advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
