We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy, maintain cloud infrastructure, and drive automation across the organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps & Octopus Deploy
  • Developing and maintaining runbooks to streamline incident response and recovery
  • Supporting and optimizing production and staging environments to ensure uptime and reliability
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning and scaling with ARM and Bicep
  • Deploying and managing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics)
  • Leading incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative measures
  • Embedding security and compliance into CI/CD workflows
  • Collaborating with engineering & security teams to deliver robust, cost-efficient solutions

What we're looking for
  • 4+ years' experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations with production-grade Azure environments
  • Strong background in CI/CD automation with Azure DevOps & Octopus Deploy
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (ARM, Bicep)
  • Knowledge of runbook automation for operational efficiency and incident response
  • Experience with monitoring & alerting tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, Sentinel)
  • Understanding of Azure security best practices (RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, encryption)
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with containers and AKS an advantage
  • Great team player, lateral thinker with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
