About the Role

We are also seeking teachers with specific experience in preparing students for Cambridge English: B2 First (FCE) and/or C1 Advanced (CAE) exams.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an ELICOS trainer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver focused exam preparation classes aligned with Cambridge English exam formats
  • Prepare students using authentic materials, strategies, and practice exams
  • Assess progress using CEFR levels and Cambridge benchmarks
  • Support students with feedback and targeted instruction

Skills and Experience

ELICOS trainers must have the following -

  • A recognised bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A TESOL qualification with at least 100 contact hours and supervised practicum (e.g., CELTA)

    OR
  • A bachelor's or higher degree in education with a TESOL major or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching Cambridge B2 First and/or C1 Advanced exam preparation classes

Desired Skills

  • CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent
  • MA in TESOL or Applied Linguistics
  • Strong understanding of CEFR and Cambridge English Assessment standards
