Qualifications & Experience
Receptionist/Administration experience with a minium of 5 years. This would suit someone that has worked within the education sector or a fast paced office.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* This is a fast paced receptionist role where a professional manner is needed. Being able to multi task is a must. Attention to detail and high organisational skills are required. The position is a job share. Normal hours are Monday & Tues from with school holidays off. However, it is expected that if the other receptionist is sick or on holidays, that you would cover her days being Wednesday and Thursday.
* Duties include but not limited to: Front desk reception duties, customer service, scheduling, answering the phone, handling inquiries, liasing with staff & parents/families, emails, word processing, excel, fee taking & recording, updating diary, accurate record keeping , office maintenance and supporting the Director.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $38.99 per hour
