About The Role
Bolton Clarke is seeking an accomplished Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Residential Aged Care services across Far North Queensland. Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer Residential Aged Care, you'll take the helm of a significant regional portfolio, overseeing 11 homes from Cairns to Brisbane and guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and operational excellence; including Operations Manager, Clinical Operations, Workforce, HR, IT and Finance Business Partners.
This is an opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing team in one of Australia's most respected aged care organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong, effective leadership and direction to regional Residential Aged Care functions.
- Champion person-centred care, enhancing customer and employee experience through regional improvement projects.
- Lead and coach leadership teams, fostering connections across Bolton Clarke's service lines.
- Oversee operational performance, compliance, and financial management for multiple homes.
- Facilitate business reviews and contribute to strategic planning and stakeholder forums.
- Drive change initiatives, supporting the implementation of new processes and programs.
About You
- Significant operational leadership experience in health or aged care.
- A Strategic and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering outcomes.
- Exceptional relationship-building and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing state and/or regional portfolios and supporting operational teams.
