Synergy Compounding Pharmacy, located in Crows Nest, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy and Compounding Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about pharmacy, health, and personalised medicine. We offer proper compounding training that will help you achieve compounding certification.

About the Role:

As a Pharmacy and Compounding assistant, you'll assist in the preparation and dispensing of customised medications, working closely with our experienced technician. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping technician to preparing, compounding, and labelling medications accurately
  • Filing scripts and answering phone calls
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Supporting pharmacists with daily operations
  • Adhering to pharmacy procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking For:
  • No experience required – we'll provide full training and support for your compounding certification
  • Previous pharmacy or lab experience is a bonus
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in compounding and customised healthcare
