  • Develop, implement, and manage advertising strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation to inform promotional strategy and media targeting.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, ensuring performance is monitored, optimised, and reported using ROI metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal design, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns within scope and budget.
  • Produce digital marketing assets including landing pages, email campaigns (Mailchimp), and promotional graphics (Canva).
  • Lead client or internal stakeholder meetings to gather advertising requirements, present campaign proposals, and deliver performance insights.
  • Develop and execute seasonal promotional plans and product launch campaigns aligned with key sales periods (e.g. EOFY, Black Friday).
  • Monitor advertising campaign results and prepare detailed reports to guide future advertising decisions.
  • Oversee SEO strategy implementation and assist in website optimisation via Wix to enhance digital visibility.
  • Stay updated on emerging advertising trends and platform changes to ensure best practices are followed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor's level preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in advertising strategy, digital campaign management, and creative coordination.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and campaign analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client/stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong coordination skills to manage timelines, creatives, and campaign deliverables across teams.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Wix, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve campaign objectives and ROI targets.
