  • Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits, ensuring corrective actions are closed out.

  • Develop and maintain site-specific HSE documentation (Management Plans, SWMS, Risk Registers).

  • Manage subcontractor and supplier onboarding processes.

  • Mentor, coach, and train staff to promote a proactive, positive HSE culture.

  • Deliver engaging Toolbox Talks that inform and inspire.

  • Review HSE records and processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word & Excel).

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.

  • General Construction Induction (White Card).

  • Lead Auditor Training Certificate (preferred).

  • Knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 (preferred).

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

  • High attention to detail, pride in your work, and a genuine passion for safety.

Why Join Us?

  • Live local, work local — avoid the long commutes.

  • Monday to Friday — stable working week.

  • Attractive package — including company vehicle, phone & IT package.

  • Long-term stability — with a respected, growing company.

  • Free on-site gym — supporting your wellbeing.

  • Most importantly — the opportunity to make a real difference by shaping the safety culture of a business that values continuous improvement and innovation.

If you're ready to bring energy, influence, and leadership to health and safety—and want to see your impact on and off site—we'd love to hear from you.
