Summary:
Position Overview:
Are you looking to progress your HR career? Maybe you have completed your HR qualification or looking at obtaining a qualification. You may be an onboarding specialist wanting to adapt in generalist areas.
As the HR Generalist, your role will be to assist the People, Culture& Communications Manager in day to day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee recruitment and Onboarding:
Follow up on payroll and HR enquiries.
Audit all certifications and training.
Ensure all new employee's have the correct accreditation for the role.
Learn aspects of the NDIS requirements for employee's.
Maintain positions vacant administration.
Management of job boards and all advertisements.
Respond to employee enquiries.
Assist in workplace related injury rehabilitation management.
Assist in answering company phone calls
Learn more aspects of working in HR.
Key Selection Criteria:
Experience: Prior administrative experience is essential and onboarding or training experience highly regarded.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and positive approach to teamwork.
Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new systems as needed.
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with employment related administration and HR related fields.
Compliance: Ability to obtain or possess relevant certifications, including Working with Children Checks, Police Checks and NDIS worker screenings
Legal Right to Work: Eligibility to work in Australia is required for this position.

The successful candidate is expected to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to Community Accessability's operations, clients, and volunteers, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Adherence to Community Accessability's Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all staff, volunteers, and clients.
