The most exciting time of year is fast approaching... Christmas season at Kookai.

We are now recruiting for passionate advocates to join our SA Stores between the months of November 2025 to January 2026.

We are searching for candidates who thrive on helping others, have a flair for fashion and love working within a team.

Starting a career at KOOKAI as a Christmas casual has opened many doors for our team who are now running some of our key stores and departments within our family-owned business.

In this supporting role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Fitting room styling
  • Supporting in store operations and maintenance
  • Assisting with stock management and re-stock
  • Assisting with visual merchandising standards

Ideally, you have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Initiative and high motivation
  • Adaptability
  • A keen willingness to learn
  • A love of Kookai and styling
