Ultrana Medical is a national medical device company supporting clinicians with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic solutions. We're seeking a professional, motivated Sonographer to join our growing team, someone who's passionate about both hands-on scanning and teaching ultrasound to entry-level users across the allied health sector.

This is a unique hybrid position that blends clinical sonography practice with professional education and training delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-focused ultrasound services in partnership with Ultrana Medical and Rozelle Physio.
  • Deliver accurate imaging to support clinical decision-making.
  • Lead and assist with education and training, including:
  • Small-group workshops, seminars, and clinical events
  • Live demonstrations and in-practice training
  • One-on-one clinician coaching and ultrasound onboarding
  • Act as a subject matter expert in musculoskeletal and point-of-care ultrasound.
  • Support clinicians in integrating ultrasound into their practice.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with allied health professionals and partners.
  • Travel interstate for workshops and educational events as required.

What You Bring

  • ASAR accreditation and current registration (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound, or a strong desire to further develop in this area
  • Experience or confidence in teaching, presenting, or mentoring clinicians
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
  • High level of professional integrity, adaptability, and initiative
