An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Science Teacher to join our College community on a full time, ongoing basis.

Reporting to the Head of Learning – Science, this role will be responsible for teaching Science subjects, across Years 5 to 12, in a collaborative and progressive environment.

To be successful in this opportunity you will require: 

  • Relevant teaching qualifications and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
  • Demonstrated outstanding classroom teaching skills across years 5 - 12
  • Experience in teaching VCE and/or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) would be an advantage
  • An interest or background in Outdoor Education and/or Sustainability will be viewed favourably
  • Knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and innovative use of ICT in the classroom to enrich learning
  • Well-developed classroom management strategies which enhance student engagement and outcomes
  • An active contributor to a collegial work environment
  • Willingness to uphold the ethos and values of the College
