Solution Architect
Responsibilities:
- Leads the technical engagement for high-value and complex customer accounts
- Serves as the primary technical advisor during onboarding, implementation, and steady-state operations
- Use a systematic approach to design and validate technical solutions that align with customer objectives
- Transform complex requirements into scalable solutions
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned accounts and provide strategic technical guidance and best practices
- Drive proactive maintenance, data tuning and upgrade planning
- Coordinate with engineering for complex technical challenges
- Contribute to technical community building initiatives
- Experience in security, operations, project or account management
- Help mentor junior technical team members
- 7 years of customer-facing experience in security, operations, technical account management or project management role
- Strong post-sales experience required
- Advanced project management capabilities
- Experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
- Proven track record of managing complex technical relationships
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, both internally and externally
- Excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency
- Security domain knowledge
- BS/MS degree preferred
