As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Boilermaker, you'll be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing steel structures and a variety of light and heavy metal components to precise specifications. You'll work closely with draftspersons, welders, and other trades to deliver high-quality, reliable results on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Measure, cut, and weld metal components to specifications
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on metal structures
• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in light, medium and heavy fabrication
• Proficient in MIG (Flux Core desirable), TIG, and Stick welding
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to safety and teamwork
• Valid Australian work visa or work rights are required

Desirable (but not essential):

• High-Risk Work Licenses (e.g., Forklift, EWP, Dogging/Rigging)
• HR Truck Licence
• Experience in mining, structural steel or sheetmetal work
