We are looking for a motivated Lawyer to join our vibrant team and help grow our expanding AP Legal team.
The Role:
This role is pivotal in meeting our commitment to deliver great outcomes for our clients, as well as building on our reputation as industry leaders in the pharmacy space. The role will also look beyond pharmacy and support growth into other industries.
We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. You will provide support to the Legal Director, learn to manage transactions, support complex transactions, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation as industry leaders in the pharmacy space and, supporting growth into other industries. A genuine focus on delivering great customer outcomes is a minimum requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Legal Director with complex transactions.
- Provide legal counsel (with support) on a range of business and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory application on behalf of clients.
- Support business transactions and mergers/acquisitions.
- Advise on risk management and dispute resolution.

About You:
Qualified Lawyer with a current practicing certificate.
Strong desire to learn the legal aspects of pharmacy transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
