Marine Chandlery Sales

Bluewater marine is a growing family business based in the south west. In order to keep up with the demand we are searching for a driven individual with an interest in boating to help with the retail side of the business.

We sell leading brands such as Northbank fibreglass boats, Stacer aluminium boats & Mercury outboards. We also sell a range of second-hand boats and engines.

The key attributes of the applicant sought are: -

· Highly organised and self-motivated

· Demonstrate excellent people skills

· Willing to work in a team environment

· Genuine interest in the boating and leisure industry

· High level of communication skills

· Computer savvy

· Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while prioritising jobs

Being a small business there is a need to be multi skilled, so an open mind and willingness to learn is required.

Day to day jobs would include but not limited to-

· Taking phone calls

· Front counter accessory sales

· Keeping boats and the yard clean & tidy

· Pricing & putting stock away

· Looking up marine parts on schematics

· Checking in service boats

There is an opportunity for this job to be part time or full time depending on applicants' preference, our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm and Saturdays 8am until noon (the occasional Saturday shift will be required)

Current drivers licence required

Pay rate to be discussed upon application based on experience and knowledge.
