About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Senior Sandwich Artists at Subway Pimpama City. As the face of our restaurant, you will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing fresh, delicious sandwiches and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to Subway's standards and customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and process transactions accurately.
• Customization: Assist customers with selecting toppings and condiments to create their perfect meal.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow all food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment, utensils, and customer areas.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to learn Subway's menu, systems, and food safety procedures.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Applicants must be 17 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail.
• Familiarity with Subway's menu and operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.93 – $26.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
