About the role

West Coast Mobile Mechanics' is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Forrestdale, WA. As a full-time Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of mobile mechanic services in the automotive industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of diesel engines and related systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on diesel vehicles and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in Diesel Mechanics
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
