Are you a people person with a commercial edge? EatClub is on the hunt for a driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners across Sydney's Western Suburbs and The Hills District.

You'll work hands-on with some of the city's most exciting venues—helping them fill more seats, boost profits, and tap into the power of EatClub's dynamic pricing platform. This is a role for someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and seeing their impact translate directly into business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurants across Western Sydney & The Hills District.
  • Use performance insights and platform data to maximise venue success.
  • Drive partner retention, feature adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Guide venues through onboarding, activation, and performance cycles.
  • Build long-term relationships and become a trusted growth partner.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops teams to enhance the partner experience.

Who You Are

  • A confident communicator who builds rapport easily.
  • Commercially minded, with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Data-savvy—you love translating insights into action.
  • Self-motivated and proactive—you take ownership and deliver results.
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, and tech.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales.
  • Proven experience working toward retention or revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A car and valid licence (this role involves local venue visits).
  • Hospitality, SaaS, or marketplace experience? Even better.
