Portofinos Beach.Bar.Kitchen is looking for a hands-on, personable Duty Manager/Supervisor to join the team and work in our beachside location.

Portofinos Beach Bar & Kitchen environment has two bar areas, a main dining room, a grassed area and a separate function area for social gatherings, soaking up the beach atmosphere from the views on the balcony. Portofinos is all about relaxed dining that is easily enjoyed during the day or for after-work drinks that pairs perfectly with any lazy afternoon beverage.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced Hospitality Venue Management role
  • Understanding and ability of venue reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Write and control an effective roster for both front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
  • Recruit and induct new staff members into the business
  • Work with and communicate effectively with all departments
  • Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage
  • Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully

Portofinos Quinns Beach is located in Mindarie on the northern coastal corridor and is 39 kilometres north of the Perth CBD.
