THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Production Assembler to join our client's dynamic team in Kingsgrove. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products with precision and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components and finished products according to specifications and production timelinesCollaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issuesConduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standardsOperate machinery and hand tools safely and efficientlySupport process improvement initiatives to boost productivityAssist with packaging and dispatch of completed productsTHE ESSENTIALS

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a production or assembly role, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExcellent attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructionsStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to qualityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesBasic knowledge of tools, machinery, and workplace safety protocolsA team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
