The Opportunity

We are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic Trainer/Assessors to deliver and assess the following nationally recognised qualifications:

  • CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality and compliant training and assessment in line with ASQA and RTO Standards
  • Develop and update training and assessment resources as required
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentoring to students throughout their learning journey
  • Conduct workplace assessments and site visits as required
  • Maintain accurate training and assessment records and ensure all compliance and reporting obligations are met

Essential Requirements

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • CHC30121 Certificate III and/or CHC50121 Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or superseded equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent industry experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Experience delivering both face-to-face and online training
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS) such as Moodle or aXcelerate
  • Demonstrated current industry knowledge and ongoing professional development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Availability

  • Trainers must be available to deliver classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays (day shifts).
