Enrolled Nurse - Residential Aged Care

Join the caring team at mecwacare's Annie's Court in Shoreham as a Enrolled Nurse and make a real difference every day. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you'll provide evidence-based, person-centred care that supports residents' health, wellbeing, and independence.

Nestled on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, Annie's Court is a beautifully renovated, modern aged care home with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From tranquil gardens and inviting communal spaces to a thoughtfully designed memory support unit, it's a place where residents feel truly at home—and where you'll be valued and supported as part of a dedicated, compassionate team.

What you bring:

  • Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services.
  • A minimum of two year's experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care home .
  • Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Able to work all shifts including night shifts.
  • Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
  • Proven ability to guide, motivate care staff and promote a positive work environment
  • Working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model and Aged Care legislation.
  • Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Current First Aid + CPR
