About the Role

The Central Bookings Officer is required to carry out a variety of administrative duties in accordance with the waiting list/elective surgery management process. The position requires a high level of negotiation skills to liaise with clinical, non-clinical support staff & the general public to ensure patients are admitted within their clinical recommended timeframes.

Ideal Candidate
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated an understanding and experience in providing a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team and follow directions.
