The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the group's financial crime compliance program. FCC leads the Group's approach to managing AML / CTF, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, and Anti-Tax Evasion Facilitation risks and obligations.
Do work that matters
Reporting directly to the FCC Senior Manager, Capability (Learning, Development and Delivery), the FCC Manager, Capability is responsible for supporting the analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of evidence-based training programs that uplift capability and drive business performance.
This role requires strong end-to-end training expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
More specifically you will:
Support the tactical execution of the FCC training strategy in alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to design, develop and deliver performance-led capability programs, across a variety of financial crime topics
Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, including training needs analysis, program design and development, facilitation, assessment, and post-program evaluation
Facilitate engaging, evidence-based workshops and capability sessions that drive measurable uplift
Apply data insights to identify development opportunities, evaluate program effectiveness, and inform continuous improvement
Embrace innovation and best practice to maintain a future focussed approach to ensure capability solutions remain relevant and impactful
Work closely with the Senior Manager to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives
We're interested in hearing from people who have
Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and delivery of capability or learning programs
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training experiences
Solid understanding of capability development processes, risks, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple programs across the training lifecycle and deliver to deadlines
Strong analytical capability, with experience using data and insights to drive decisions and measure outcomes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive, detail-orientated, and outcome-focused, with a passion for building organisational capability
Familiarity with evidence-based learning methodologies and modern learning and development practices
Certifications in facilitation, instructional design, coaching, assessing or related professional development are desirable
Financial crime experience is desirable, but not essential
