JB Contracting is a rapidly growing contractor to the Mining and Civil Earthworks Industry across the goldfields of WA and the Pilbara. 2025 shapes to be a big year with multiple new contracts coming online.

We are now seeking experienced Grader operators with demonstrable Civil, Final Trim, GPS, and ability to operate to design, ideally with Heavy Rigid, Heavy Combination or Multi Combination open class drivers license.

The successful candidates will have plant tickets/licenses to demonstrate their competency in the above equipment.

Candidates with extensive experience operating the above equipment who are prepared to undergo certification processes are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates who possess multiple plant machinery skills and HC/MC Truck license (18 speed Road Ranger gearbox experience) will be viewed favorably.

The successful candidates will be well organised self-starters with strong safety focus, "can do" attitude, effective interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated mechanical ability, and an aptitude to learn.

The successful candidates will be required to pass pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol test.

Key Skills and experience include:

  • Full Working Rights in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance (mandatory).
  • Able to pass Drug and Alcohol tests on an ongoing basis.
  • Minimum HR - open class driver's license (HC/MC preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in operating Graders and trucks.
  • Technological aptitude to use online platforms - Coreplan, JESI, Peopletray, MX3, Alcolizer is desirable

FIFO from Perth only 2:1 roster is on offer, day shift only.

Immediate start available to operators that tick all the boxes.
