About the role

Join the team at Castle Air Conditioning as a full-time Air conditioning Tradesman based in Cessnock, NSW. In this role, you will be carrying out installations, maintenance and repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Installation, servicing and repair of domestic and light commercial and air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Learning how to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
  • Help training and developing practical skills in Apprentices
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for the air conditioning and refrigeration trades
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A valid driver's licence
