Membership Development Specialist
Join a purpose-driven team that connects brand-new goods donated by businesses to Australians in need, creating positive social and environmental impact.
- Full-time role based in Smithfield (Hybrid), with 2 days in the office (Tuesday & Thursday) and flexibility to work from home
- Build strong relationships with charity partners and schools, supporting them to maximise the value of Good360's platform and resources
- Be part of a values-led, innovative organisation that helps reduce waste while making a real difference in the lives of people experiencing hardship
Impact of the organisation
Every year in Australia $2.5 billion worth of unsold household goods are wasted, while 1 in 8 Australians live below the poverty line.
Good360 Australia aims to bridge this gap by connecting businesses' brand new unsold or surplus goods with people in need, creating a Circle of Good where everyone benefits.
Join Good360 and help change the world by becoming part of a team of dedicated professionals who connect charities, schools, and society's most vulnerable with businesses willing to donate unsold goods, services, and disaster recovery essentials.
Good360 offers a safe, inclusive, and diverse environment, flexible working conditions, and a collaborative team culture.
Join an organisation where kindness, integrity, collaboration, and innovation define the workplace culture.

- Reactivate lapsed members, helping them reconnect to life-changing support.

Your work will empower thousands of Australians, strengthen partnerships and maximise the positive social and environmental outcomes Good360 delivers every day.
Key Responsibilities

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations with empathy.
- Results-oriented with a proven record of meeting KPIs and driving engagement.
- Proactive and data-driven approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
