About the Role

At our Moorooka practice, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to be the face of our dental practice as a Front Desk Staff / Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings and schedule follow-ups.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and process paperwork.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
