KTS Recycling is Melbourne's premier waste recovery and recycling waste transfer station operator. With four operational sites across Melbourne's South East, we lead the industry in waste management. KTS Recycling is recognized as Victoria's largest mattress recycler, committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wantirna, VIC for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at one of our waste recovery and recycling sites. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating waste recovery processes, maintaining operational efficiency, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, staff management, and compliance
  • Knowledge of waste management and recycling processes
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in safety regulations and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Previous experience in recycling or environmental services is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in waste management or related field
