This is not your average Creative Director gig you'll be working side-by-side with the Founder and CMO, leading the overall creative direction and brand vision to ensure the brand not only meets but exceeds its global marketing and sales objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and drive the overall creative vision across all channels from global campaigns to in-store experience, digital, social, and beyond
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing creative team, fostering innovation and excellence in every detail
  • Translate brand strategy into disruptive, scroll-stopping campaigns that cut through the noise in a competitive global market
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and eCommerce to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across every touchpoint
  • Champion the brand's DNA while pushing creative boundaries and setting new industry standards

What We're Looking For:

  • A bold, forward-thinking Creative Director with a strong background in fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and developing 360° campaigns that drive brand desirability and commercial success
